About Kim  Wood

Let the excitement begin when Kim Wood is given the opportunity to speak to your group. Kim likes to have fun in all that she does. Her energy resonates throughout the crowd when she is delivering a presentation on her passion, Technology.

Kim was on the forefront of real estate agents embracing technology and social media in her marketing efforts until 2012 when she decided to focus her time on sharing her wisdom and experience with others by training and speaking. She was a Director with her local real estate association, served on a National Association of REALTORS® committee, organized local Real Estate Bar Camps, and still volunteers her time to direct Technology Nights at her local association. She also co-authored three books for the National Association of REALORS® on Social Media topics and has written training courseware for leading real estate companies.

Kim has been chosen among many speakers to present at a variety of events including Real Estate Tech South, MLS Long Island Tech Fair, many classes including e-PRO, and others. She can capture the crowd in person or virtually via webinar platforms. Just ask if you would like a reference or two!

"I like to bring technology learning to a casual environment. Sort of like when you share a cup of coffee with friends and get those 'ah-ha' moments," Kim says. Delivering content to beginning through advanced users, Kim can make anything easy to learn and implement leaving clear direction in her sessions.

It's a good thing Kim likes what she does! "Find something you enjoying doing, then figure out how to make it profitable." She is the creator of New Media Coffee Talk, where she blogs about her passion. She is the lead coach at The Tech Byte, which offers online training via webinars, group, and individual coaching. She is also training real estate associations with the National Association of REALTORS® RAMCO CRM product. She writes weekly Technology Tips for a State Association of REALTORS®.
